What to expect

Initial Consultation

The first session will be a chance for us to meet over the phone/zoom and make sure that you are happy with the service. It will include introductions, a short assessment, contracting and an opportunity for you to tell your story and explain the issues that you are experiencing.

Therapy Sessions

During our therapy sessions, you can expect a compassionate and empathetic space where you can feel safe to explore any challenges, feelings, or thoughts that may arise. I offer both short and long-term therapy sessions, so together we can create a plan that fits your specific needs and goals.


While my services are available for a limited time, rest assured that I'm fully invested in helping you achieve your desired outcomes.
