I don't know what you are going through but I have dedicated my career to helping individuals like you navigate the challenges of life and find healing, growth, and resilience.
In case we’ve never met before, let me tell you a little bit about me:
I am a trained and qualifies in Integrative Therapy. The main theoretical approaches that i apply in my practice are Person-Centred Approach, Gestalt, Psycho dynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. During my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with groups, individual adults as well as young people.
To date, I have acquired more than 10 years of supervised clinical practice. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Codes of Ethics.
Compassionate Therapy for Healing and Recovery
I am able to maintain a caring, sensitive and professional attitude when working with people experiencing a range of psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, loss, guilt, pain and ideation which can potentially lead to suicide or self-harm. I have been working with vulnerable people for sixteen years. As a result, I have developed qualities such as compassion, care and a sense of responsibility.
I am also aware of the legal issues involved when working and practicing safeguarding within a multi-disciplinary environment and recognise the implications of specific legislation.
Get to know me
I am from Burundi (East Africa), where I grew up. I live my life in the most fulfilling and rich way I can. This feels very fundamental to me and it is beneficial in my therapeutic work that I can offer the richness of my experiences to others.
